Welcome to the DexOne platform ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and DexOne regarding your use of our multi-chain trading platform services. By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
DexOne is a multi-chain trading aggregation platform offering on-chain spot trading, on-chain contract trading, and DeFi investment services. Our Platform supports various blockchain networks, including but not limited to Solana, Ethereum, BSC, and Base.
3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Not be subject to any laws or regulations prohibiting your use of our services.
You confirm that you are not a resident of any restricted territories. Restricted territories include, but are not limited to, the United States, Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, the Crimea region, and any other jurisdictions that impose restrictions or bans on cryptocurrency transactions.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet private keys and passwords.
You agree to take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
5. Trading Risks
Using DexOne for trading involves significant risks:
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and may result in substantial losses.
On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Smart contracts may have vulnerabilities.
Network congestion may lead to transaction delays or failures.
You acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of each transaction.
6. Fee Structure
The Platform charges different fees depending on the transaction type.
Fee details will be clearly displayed before transaction execution.
In addition to platform fees, you are responsible for blockchain network gas fees.
We reserve the right to adjust the fee structure at any time, with prior notice provided.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Use the Platform for illegal activities or to evade taxes.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to it.
Attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security measures.
Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading.
Use automated programs to abuse Platform resources.
Interfere with other users’ use of the services.
8. Intellectual Property
DexOne and its licensors own all rights to the content and technology on the Platform. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, we grant you no rights. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any Platform code.
Remove any copyright or proprietary rights notices.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will become effective upon being posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through:
Platform announcements.
Email (if you have provided it).
Other appropriate communication channels.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services at any time.
You may stop using our services at any time.
Upon termination, your access to Platform content will be revoked.
Terms relating to intellectual property, indemnification, and liability limitations will survive termination.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DexOne is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Please refer to the Disclaimer section of this document for detailed limitations of liability.
