Device Information: We may collect non-personal information related to your device, such as device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language settings, and application version, to optimize app performance and user experience.

No Default Collection: DexOne does not, by default, collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or identification number).
Optional KYC Information: In certain jurisdictions, based on local AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, you may voluntarily provide KYC information (e.g., identity documents) via third-party decentralized identity services (such as Civic or Orbs). Such information is processed by third-party providers and is not stored or controlled by us.
User-Provided Contact Information: If you contact us via in-app support channels (such as email or feedback forms), you may voluntarily provide contact information (such as an email address). This information is used solely to respond to your requests and will not be used for other purposes.

Third-Party Services: Anonymous on-chain data may be collected via cooperation with blockchain analytics services (e.g., Chainalysis) or data services (e.g., Bitquery) for compliance and optimization purposes.

Compliance: To monitor transactions using blockchain analysis tools to comply with AML and CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing) regulations and identify potential illegal activities.

3. How We Share Your Information
DexOne is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
Public Blockchain Data: Transactions executed via DexOne are recorded on public blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base). Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are publicly accessible. This is an inherent feature of blockchain technology, and we have no control over it.
Third-Party Service Providers:
Blockchain Analytics Services: We cooperate with services such as Chainalysis to monitor on-chain transactions to meet AML/CTF requirements. These services only process anonymous on-chain data.
Data Services: We may use Bitquery or similar services to retrieve on-chain data and enhance the trading experience. These services do not involve personal information.
KYC Providers: In jurisdictions requiring KYC, you may submit identity information via third parties (e.g., Civic or Orbs). Such information is stored and processed by these third parties, and we do not have direct access to it.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order, or in response to requests from law enforcement or other government agencies.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the business assets. We will require the recipient to comply with this Policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
Decentralized Nature: DexOne does not host your funds or private keys. All transactions occur directly between your self-custody wallet and smart contracts on the blockchain. We do not store sensitive financial information.
Data Storage: Non-personal information (e.g., device information, usage data) is stored on secure cloud servers protected by industry-standard security measures such as encryption and firewalls.
Security Audit: Our smart contract code has been submitted to SlowMist for security auditing, with the report expected by May 2025. We also plan to open-source the underlying smart contract code on GitHub to ensure transparency.
Access Control: Access to collected data is restricted to authorized personnel only for service delivery or compliance purposes.
Although we have taken reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We recommend you keep your wallet private keys secure and manage blockchain credentials carefully.
